I Was Just Thinking About Kitchens And…

How hard it is to renovate, re-do or demo (that’s destroy for the uninformed) one, especially ours. This subject might seemingly have nothing in common with songwriting or songs but, wait…sometimes making a good song better calls for a complete renovation. Actually, I guess you could apply this concept to almost anything…like say a kitchen. Click read more to see the video, and who knows, you might even write a song. – Rory

Thank you for your analogy in terms of “Remodelng a kitchen.” I am a songwriter who currently earns a living as a building contractor and your analogy made so much sense to me, I simply had to submit a comment to say, “Thanks!”

I recently signed a contract with Hal Spencer of Manna Music and, based on your bio, I feel certain you know him. I have become rejuvenated as a result of Hal’s interest in my music and your analogy serves as a perfect concept for me to keep in mind.

    Thanks again,

Hi Jack, I’m glad you like the kitchen analogy. Good luck on your writing career…You’ve hit on an important aspect on being a writer, and that is having someone who believes in your talent. It’s like having rocket fuel in your pen. Rory

Mark meek Atkeson said ” the best cosmetic in the world is an active mind that is always finding something new”. Remodel kitchen seems tough but after seeing the brand new kitchen with the beautiful granite counter, it becomes a real joy and worthwhile. Good job !
